Interim Executive Leadership
This is our most intensive solution, designed for organizations that want or need comprehensive support. One of our team members “sits in your leadership chair” while working with the Board to prepare your organization for its next step. We offer Interim Chief Executive, Chief Development and Chief Program Director support, placing a certified professional interim executive at your organization who can:
- Join your team and serve as your Leader and Authorized Official for a specified length of time.
- Tell Truth to Power, by conducting an Organizational Assessment to identify core strengths, growth opportunities and turnaround needs.
- Support your Board of Directors, including Board development, engagement, and resourcing.

How Long Do We Need An Interim Executive?
We help for as long as you need, within reason. Our goal is to help fill your leadership gap, ready your organization for a new leader, find your new leader, and pass the torch to them. The list above is a sample of the work we can do while serving as your interim leader, yet we only provide the services you need. Engagements typically range from 6 – 18 months (national average is 12 months).
