In addition to unique engagements, Raise the Bar Consulting offers our Consulting Cafe in virtual and in-person formats as a forum to discuss topics, trends and practices to help support the work you do. Our team is always inspired to offer engaging and unique sessions that range from spaces to “talk shop” to specific skill building seminars. In 2020 and 2021, we featured three series focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access and Justice (DEIAJ), alternative models of leadership, and ways to make your work even more successful. We called them Courageous Conversations , Getting More Courageous, and Upping Your Game, respectively. Many of our sessions are on our YouTube Channel for you to watch anytime.
