Fundraising, Grants & Revenue Growth
- Raised more than $500 Million USD for our clients.
- Regularly exceed revenue targets for fundraising campaigns by 30-150%.
- Helped dozens of clients grow their annual fundraising revenues by 50-400% in less than two years.
- Upstarted dozens of fundraising programs from the ground up, building cost-effective and sustainable fundraising solutions without the need for special events.
- Worked with more than a hundred organizations to diversify and transform their revenue streams. For example, one client moved from being 94% government funded to 74% privately funded through fundraising and revenue monetization growth strategies in less than three years.
- Designed and implemented multi-channel annual fundraising, major gift and planned giving programs for more than one hundred clients.
- Built fundraising capacity by training hundreds of organizations – their executives/owners, fundraising teams, Boards of Directors and volunteers – in fundraising.
Capital Campaigns
- Supported more than 40 capital campaigns, ranging in size from $500K – $100 Million.
- Ran a “One Day Capital Campaign” by one securing a gift to fund an entire campaign.
- Secured funds for ten renewable energy projects, to install solar and other green energy projects for small businesses and nonprofits. Built private/public partnership funding with no out-of-pocket costs to charities (without using leases!).
- Spearheaded endowment, capacity building, technology, and vehicle fleet campaigns for more than 20 clients, resulting in an estimated $6 million raised for these needs.
- Served as project managers for capital fundraising campaigns and capital project implementation.
Organizational Strategy & Transformation
- Designed numerous new client programs and funding strategies to address community needs.
- Worked with clients to onboard social entrepreneurism and monetize services to improve sustainability and deliver on their missions.
- Conducted more than four dozen organizational, operational, and/or development assessments, helping leaders to understand their current health and organizational growth needs.
- Helped more than two dozen visionaries start new nonprofit organizations.
- Assisted more than two dozen organizations in end-stage organizational change, including strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions and closures.
- Worked with close to fifty executives and boards to conduct strategic visioning and planning.
Transitional Leadership
- Provided interim executive support to more than two dozen organizations, serving as their CEOs, executive directors, and chief development officers.
- Conducted organizational assessments and identified turnaround strategies. Implemented operational turnaround in culture, finance, human resources, IT and other areas as needed.
- Worked with Boards of Directors to identify applicable organizational / business lifecycles and the right type of leader needed to move their organizations to the next level.
- Conducted more than a hundred CEO, C-Suite, Development, Fundraising and Marketing searches, curated for each organization’s unique needs.
- Transformed business and program models to modernize offerings and improve sustainability.
SAKI Initiative
Made possible the testing of all Sexual Assault Cold Case Rape Kits through the SAKI Initiative.
